Regency Centers buys Chicago-area shopping center(AP:GLENVIEW, Ill.) Regency Centers has acquired a shopping center in a suburb north of Chicago for $18 million, the company said Thursday. The 62,443-square-foot Glen Oak Plaza is anchored by a Trader Joe's and a Walgreens. The center is 97 percent leased, the company said.
